By using Nuvani’s AI Agent services (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Services Provided

Nuvani provides AI Agents, offered via upfront payment and subscription plans. These agents may include third-party integrations as part of the Service.

3. Payment and Refunds

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.

Refunds are only issued if the AI Agent has not yet begun being built or within 24 hours of purchase.

Nuvani reserves the right to upgrade a subscription to the next tier if usage exceeds the assigned minutes, with notice to the client.

4. User Accounts

No user accounts are required to access or use the Service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Abuse, hack, or exploit the Service

Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

Violate any applicable laws while using the Service

6. Limitation of Liability

Nuvani is not liable for:

Errors, interruptions, or downtime of the Service

Loss or misuse of data resulting from your use of the Service

Issues arising from third-party integrations

7. Modifications

Nuvani may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be handled through informal resolution between the parties.
